No worries, your sandwich stays fresh. If you have ordered a hot dish, notify the establishment in due time via the « Call » option in your order history.

Each shop has the freedom to operate in its own way, according to its organization. Skip-Q recommends that you go directly to the cashier and ask where SKIP-Q orders are stored.

When you have validated your order, it is sent directly for preparation. SKIP-Q does not offer an integrated cancellation system. However, do not hesitate to call the establishment. If they have not yet prepared, they can offer you a coupon for your next order.

SKIP-Q discount coupons are to be introduced during checkout once you are in the cart. Just click on « Add a promo code ».

SKIP-Q offers you the « re-order » button. This allows you to reiterate a previous order.We will simply ask you to confirm your new pick up time. This option is available by clicking on the « History » icon at the bottom right of your home screen. From this screen, you will be able to consult your past orders and replicate any by clicking on the order you wish to reproduce.

As a creator
1. Choose a shop and click on « Start Group Order »
2. Set the withdrawal time and decide who pays
– Either everyone pays their order
– Either pay you for everyone
In this case, you can set a maximum amount per participant and select the payment method
3. Invite your colleagues and order as usual
As a guest
1. Click on the link received by email
2. Order as usual
– Either pay your own order
– Either the creator invites you, then you have nothing to pay
