Skip-Q is a free application that allows you to order and pay for meals online in a hundred establishments in Brussels at the moment.

Just select your meal, choose the pick up time in the establishment and pay online. It only remains to pick up your order directly at the counter.

No worries, your sandwich stays fresh. If you have ordered a hot dish, notify the establishment in due time via the « Call » option in your order history.

Each shop has the freedom to operate in its own way, according to its organization. Skip-Q recommends that you go directly to the cashier and ask where SKIP-Q orders are stored.

When you have validated your order, it is sent directly for preparation. SKIP-Q does not offer an integrated cancellation system. However, do not hesitate to call the establishment. If they have not yet prepared, they can offer you a coupon for your next order.

SKIP-Q discount coupons are to be introduced during checkout once you are in the cart. Just click on « Add a promo code ».

SKIP-Q offers you the « re-order » button. This allows you to reiterate a previous order.We will simply ask you to confirm your new pick up time. This option is available by clicking on the « History » icon at the bottom right of your home screen. From this screen, you will be able to consult your past orders and replicate any by clicking on the order you wish to reproduce.

As a creator
1. Choose a shop and click on « Start Group Order »
2. Set the withdrawal time and decide who pays
– Either everyone pays their order
– Either pay you for everyone
In this case, you can set a maximum amount per participant and select the payment method
3. Invite your colleagues and order as usual
As a guest
1. Click on the link received by email
2. Order as usual
– Either pay your own order
– Either the creator invites you, then you have nothing to pay


Skip-Q allows you to pay for your order with a wide range of payment methods.

Save them on your first order, and they will be saved for next time.

The card reader is actually needed for all transactions by Maestro, sorry!

We have not integrated Sodexo as an online payment method because the technology is not yet ready for this provider. Hopefully soon !

Some banking applications have a different layout and are therefore not compatible with Skip-Q. In case of other payment problem, please contact us on , specifying:

– the means of payment;

– if you are on mobile or desktop (which phone or which internet browser)

– the error message indicated.

No, there is no minimum amount to place an order on Skip-Q.

We only accept card payments or meal vouchers as this allows us to offer you an optimal customer experience by removing the checkout.


Just click on the Settings tab at the top right of the screen and then click on « Sign In ».

Enter your email address, and confirm in clicking on the email received on your mailbox. For security reasons, you must confirm the link on the same device that you want to be connect on. For example, if you are on the app, you must confirm the email from your phone.

Skip-Q uses an authentification system without a password, you must confirm your email adress. This system is safer since it requires authentication via your mailbox.

First check the email address you have entered. Then click on the authentication link received in your mailbox, from the device you want to be connect on.
