If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (« Purchase »), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your email, name etc.

When you place an order through our Service, an email thanking you for your order and confirming your order has been received and accepted by the Partner Restaurant (the « Confirmation Email ») will be sent to you by us on behalf of the Partner Restaurant. You will act on your own behalf and not for any other person when you place an order with us. SKIP-Q will act as agent on behalf of the Partner Restaurant when we accept your order to conclude sales of Meals to you. The contract for the supply of any Meal you order through us will be between you and the Partner Restaurant and will only be formed when you have been sent the Confirmation Email by us. Please ensure that you have given us a correct email address as this is how we will communicate with you about your Order.

SKIP-Q seeks to provide a quality service and will be the first contact in event in there is a problem with your Meal either in regards to food quality and/or temperature. We do monitor our Partner Restaurants very closely and it is of utmost importance to us that they comply with our standards and help us to maintain our reputation. Please let us know if you have any comments relating to our Partner Restaurants or in respect of the Meals by emailing or calling us.

Partnered Shops

SKIP-Q offers access to a wide range of local shops in Belgium. Theses shops must hold an up-to-date authorisation from Belgian authorities to prepare food (AFSCA). Partnered shops must provide proof on an annual base of every conformity certificate to SKIP-Q.

Refund Policy - Dispute

We do not provide refund policy but we will make all effort possible to provide you the best service. Products are provided and prepared by our shops and we decline any personal liability for them. In case of unavailability of a product see the chapter below.

If you have any claim, please contact us at help@skip-q.com or contact the shop directly.

Cancelation policy

You have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable time and before the order becomes an Order. A Partner Restaurant classifies as a « faulty order » an order that is canceled after food has been used to begin its preparation (« Order Launched »)). Customers can cancel an order by contacting the Partner Restaurant. SKIP-Q and the Partner Restaurant may cancel an order and inform you in this case. Orders canceled under this clause are not billed to you. Any payment made before the cancellation of an order by SKIP-Q or a partner restaurant is usually refunded by the same means that you used to pay for your order. Each order canceled after becoming a Launched Order is billed to you. SKIP-Q alone determines whether or not a command is an Initiated Command.

We define promotions as the use of any promotional code provided by the SKIP-Q organization. A promotional code can be either a code given on any marketing material such as flyers or in newsletters. The usage of a code acquired through the SKIP-Q referral program also falls under the regulation of SKIP-Q promotions.

Although SKIP-Q cannot prohibit the creation of different accounts by the same person, SKIP-Q does have the right to detect and investigate any misuse of its promotions. Any misuse of promotions can lead to the banning of the user in question. Creating mutiple account for the sole purpose of using promotional codes several times, or using it for abusing the referral promotions (ie: inviting yourself) is striclty prohibited. Referal discounts are awarded for the inviting of new physical persons, any other use is a breach of this policy and the terms of the promotion.

We are glad that we are able to help people skip the queue and enjoy their break and in doing so we trust in the goodness of the people who benefit from our service.

Alcohol policy

Beverages or products with an acquired alcoholic strength greater than 0.5% vol may be sold only to young people over 16 years of age. Spirits as defined in Article 16 of the Law of 7 January 1998 may only be sold to young people over 18 years of age. Evidence may be required (Article 6 of the Act of 24 January 1977). SKIP-Q or any of its partnered shops reserve the right to refuse to provide alcohol to anyone who appears to be underage or who is or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or medication. By placing an order that contains alcohol, you confirm that you are of the required age. Any violation of this article incurs your exclusive personal liability.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Know how to consume and enjoy in moderation.

All meals are subject to availability. Your Partner Restaurant may offer an alternative for a meal. In case of problem, the Restaurant will contact the User to find a solution or will trigger a refund.
