You have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable time and before the order becomes an Order. A Partner Restaurant classifies as a « faulty order » an order that is canceled after food has been used to begin its preparation (« Order Launched »)). Customers can cancel an order by contacting the Partner Restaurant. SKIP-Q and the Partner Restaurant may cancel an order and inform you in this case. Orders canceled under this clause are not billed to you. Any payment made before the cancellation of an order by SKIP-Q or a partner restaurant is usually refunded by the same means that you used to pay for your order. Each order canceled after becoming a Launched Order is billed to you. SKIP-Q alone determines whether or not a command is an Initiated Command.
We define promotions as the use of any promotional code provided by the SKIP-Q organization. A promotional code can be either a code given on any marketing material such as flyers or in newsletters. The usage of a code acquired through the SKIP-Q referral program also falls under the regulation of SKIP-Q promotions.
Although SKIP-Q cannot prohibit the creation of different accounts by the same person, SKIP-Q does have the right to detect and investigate any misuse of its promotions. Any misuse of promotions can lead to the banning of the user in question. Creating mutiple account for the sole purpose of using promotional codes several times, or using it for abusing the referral promotions (ie: inviting yourself) is striclty prohibited. Referal discounts are awarded for the inviting of new physical persons, any other use is a breach of this policy and the terms of the promotion.
We are glad that we are able to help people skip the queue and enjoy their break and in doing so we trust in the goodness of the people who benefit from our service.
